These terms govern the use of Sanaam POS services and platform in the UAE.
Services
Sanaam POS provides implementation, training, migration, and support services to businesses in the UAE.
Payment terms
Fees are as quoted in your service agreement. Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Warranty
We warrant that our implementation services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. Software warranties are as provided by Sanaam POS.
Liability
Sanaam POS's liability is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Fees for services rendered are non-refundable.
